El Mundo Negativo (Don’t / Doesn’t)
¿Cómo decimos que “no”? En inglés, las acciones negativas necesitan a sus guardaespaldas: Don’t y Doesn’t.
Regla de Oro: Usa don’t o doesn’t antes del verbo.
Recuerda: Si usas doesn’t, ¡borra la “s” del verbo principal!
No tomo azúcar en mi té.I don’t take sugar in my tea.
Él no come carne porque es vegetariano.He doesn’t eat meat because he is a vegetarian.
No sabemos el camino al museo.We don’t know the way to the museum.
Ella no ve la tele por la noche.She doesn’t watch TV in the evening.
No llueve mucho en verano.It doesn’t rain much in summer.
Ellos no trabajan los domingos.They don’t work on Sundays.
No necesitas un auto en esta ciudad.You don’t need a car in this city.
Mi hermano no habla francés.My brother doesn’t speak French.
No tenemos suficiente dinero para una casa nueva.We don’t have enough money for a new house.
El autobús no llega tarde hoy.The bus doesn’t arrive late today.
